Derived from the sun-soaked "Lemonade Stand Days", designers, owners, and BFF's Gillian Rose Kern and Laura Hall are the creative minds behind For Love & Lemons. The first ready-to-wear collection was designed in their hometown of JacksonWY and has since evolved into a true lifestyle brand with the additions of their lingerie and knitwear collections.
With a unique eye for design, For Love & Lemons has created styles that are recognized instantly. They are consistently raising the bar with custom made lace and engineered placement embroidery - For Love & Lemons designs stand out in the crowd.

Upon seeing their designs on the likes of Vanessa Hudgens (my ultimate #wce) and then having my Instagram Explore stream flooded with their lingerie, I fell in love. From time to time, I would window shop their e-commerce site for possible pieces but I could never decide. After countless hours I finally chose one of their skivvies (aka bras). But I was really hesitant to purchase lingerie online because fit is so important. I researched everywhere online and couldn't find a single review. So I went with my gut and stuck to true size. After receiving my delivery and trying it for the first time I quickly realized that I should've gone a size up, maybe even two. The one I purchased ended up fitting after I forced myself into the itty bitty thing but at least it's motivation to work out.

Despite the tiny size I still chose to take it with me on vacation. I figured it was never practical to wear it out in Toronto but it would be perfect for the Philippines. Instead of wearing it as lingerie, I chose to pull it off as a crop top. I mean, who doesn't love wearing underwear as outwear?
